About the role
Handle online leads and customer chats on WhatsApp and our CRM, follow up quotes and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
Location: Karnak office, Lahore, Pakistan (on site), working UAE hours
What you need
- 2+ years in sales support or chat sales for a UAE or GCC brand
- Excellent written English
- respond.io or a similar chat tool
- Accurate CRM data entry
